My Story;

Growing up for me was a challenge on so many levels. I was also born with a birth defect called Poland Syndrome, which affected my hand and chest wall and then my mother left when I was four and never did return. Putting these two things together left me terribly insecure, lost and wondering “what was wrong with me” I felt un-lovable, un-touchable and as a teen an outsider.

I went along like this for quite a few years in to my 20’s. But I always had hope; I always knew that there was a life better than slinking around feeling less than everyone else. So I started on a path of understanding, connecting and loving my body and the life that was given to me. I found through listening to the messages that my body sent me, that there was a better path to take and I got on it and started running.

Through much education, reading everything I could get my hands on and my own self association, I found that I had the code to my own success all along locked deep inside of me. After many years of this fresh understanding and my new way of life, I thought if I can do this, I help others do the same.

Body Bonding was born! Life has come full circle and today I help others through, coaching, retreats and my radio show find their way back to their true self and how to live a life full of empowerment, bursting with passion and love.
