Cynthia was certified as a Laughter Yoga Leader in 2009 at the University of San Francisco – Osher Center for Integrative Medicine.

After finding out how much fun it was to do on her own, she just had to learn how to share the belly filled laughter joy with others! Cynthia finds it’s perfect to blend Laughter Yoga with her Body Bonding work.

The best part is LY is for “any- body”, absolutely no previous yoga experience required. Matter of fact this is the perfect exercises for seniors, disabled and others.

You must, however, know how to breathe and how to laugh!

When we practice extended laughter exercises, we get all of these benefits:
